 Park Murray apartments are all 2 bedroom with approximately 900 sq. ft. of living space.

Monthly rentals require a security deposit with a 12 month lease and a $25.00 credit application "non-refundable for each applicant". All tenants must be on the lease agreement

 Water, Garbage and exterminator services monthly.

Basic cable, and Internet access are also available

You are responsible for electricity.

Apartments have a stove and refrigerator plus ample cabinet/closet space

All apartments are certified as Energy Saver Homes by TVA.
